Shipping & Delivery

We’re excited to send UUFUN accessories to you and your little ones! This page explains where we ship, how long orders take to leave our studio, and what to expect with shipping costs and delivery.

1. Where we ship

We currently ship orders to addresses supported by major carriers such as USPS, UPS and FedEx. If shipping to your location is available at checkout, it means we can ship to you.

If you don’t see your country or region as an option at checkout, please contact us at customerservice@uufunland.com and we’ll let you know if we can arrange shipping.

2. Order processing & dispatch times

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed after Friday 8pm (Pacific Time) or on weekends / public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

3. Shipping within the United States

For orders shipping within the United States, we currently offer standard tracked shipping and, where available, additional USPS options for more time-controlled delivery.

3.1 Standard shipping (US)

  • Flat rate: $5.99 for orders under $50 (before tax and discounts).
  • Estimated delivery time: usually 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the carrier. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed service.

3.2 Free shipping (US)

  • Free standard shipping on US orders of $50 or more (before tax and discounts).
  • Free shipping uses our standard shipping method; it is not an expedited or express service.

3.3 Additional USPS options (time-controlled delivery)

At checkout, you may also see additional USPS shipping options (such as Priority Mail or other services) with rates calculated automatically based on your address and order weight.

These services are offered for customers who prefer more time-controlled delivery. Prices and estimated delivery times for these options are shown at checkout and are provided directly by the carrier. We cannot guarantee delivery dates, but we will dispatch your order within our normal processing time.

4. International shipping

For international orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight and the services available through our carriers.

Delivery times for international orders vary by destination and carrier. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates for international shipments.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees, and we are unable to control or predict them.

5. Order tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking information (where available for your chosen shipping method and destination).

Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take some time to appear after your parcel has been dispatched.

6. Incorrect addresses & delivery issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can resend it, but additional shipping charges may apply.

If tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you cannot find the parcel, please first check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier office. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at customerservice@uufunland.com with your order number and tracking information, and we’ll do our best to help investigate with the carrier.

7. Delays outside our control

Once your parcel has been handed over to the carrier, delivery times can be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or local disruptions.

While we cannot be held responsible for such delays, we are always happy to support you and help follow up with the carrier where possible.
