Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your UUFUN accessories, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. This page explains what can be returned, what cannot, and how to send items back to us.
1. Return window & eligibility
You may return or request an exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In their original packaging (including any backing cards, boxes, or bags)
- In re-saleable condition
Because our products are hair accessories, we also have a hygiene rule: for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that appear worn or used in the hair.
2. What can be returned (and who pays shipping)
2.1 Change-of-mind returns
If you change your mind, choose the wrong style, or decide an item isn’t quite right, you can return it within 30 days as long as it meets the eligibility conditions above.
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns:
- For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot refund items that do not reach us.
Refund amount for change-of-mind returns:
- We refund the item price only. Original shipping fees are not refunded.
2.2 Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we want to put it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Email us at customerservice@uufunland.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) affected
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the fault, damage, or incorrect item (if possible)
Return shipping for faulty/wrong items:
- Once your claim is approved, we will provide instructions and a prepaid return shipping label or otherwise cover the cost of standard return shipping.
Refund amount or replacement:
- For confirmed faulty, damaged or incorrect items, we will refund the item price and original shipping cost, or
- Offer a replacement or exchange item (subject to availability), according to your preference.
3. What cannot be returned
The following cannot be returned:
- Items that appear used, worn, or not in re-saleable condition
- Items that appear to have been worn or used in the hair (for hygiene reasons)
In addition, some products may be clearly marked as final sale or non-returnable (for example, gift cards or personalized/custom-made items). When this applies, it will be stated on the product page at the time of purchase.
4. We’re happy to help before you return
We know returns can feel a bit stressful, and sometimes a quick conversation can make things easier. If you’d like interactive support before starting the return process, it’s our pleasure to help.

5. How to return using our return slip
If you’re ready to return an item, please follow the steps below and include our Return & Exchange Slip in your parcel.
Step 1 – Download and print the return slip

Step 2 – Fill out the slip
Please fill in:
- Your name and contact details
- Your order number and order date
- The item(s) you are returning
- The reason for return (and whether you’d like a refund or an exchange)
Step 3 – Pack your items
- Pack the items securely in their original packaging where possible.
- Place the completed return slip inside the parcel.
Step 4 – Mail your parcel

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service and keeping your postal receipt.
For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, please email us first at customerservice@uufunland.com so we can approve the return and provide a prepaid label or specific instructions.
6. Refunds & exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
How we refund:
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout (for example, your card, PayPal, or Shop Pay).
- For change-of-mind returns, we refund the item price only (original shipping is not refunded).
- For confirmed faulty, damaged or incorrect items, we refund the item price and original shipping cost.
Timing:
- We aim to process returns within 7–10 business days of receiving your parcel.
- Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account (this part is outside of our control).
Exchanges:
- You can request an exchange by clearly indicating it on your return slip (or in your email) and telling us which item, style or color you’d like instead.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested item is not available, we will process a refund instead.
