Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship and how long will my order take?
We ship to locations supported by our carriers (such as USPS, UPS and FedEx). If you see shipping options at checkout for your address, it means we can ship to you.
As a family-run business, we do our best to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Holidays, busy periods or unexpected family emergencies can sometimes slow things down a little, but we always try to send your parcel as quickly as we can.

How much is shipping and do you offer free shipping?
Within the United States, we currently offer a flat rate for standard shipping and free shipping on qualifying orders. You’ll see the exact rate and any free-shipping threshold clearly shown at checkout.

Can you ship faster if I need my order by a certain date?
At checkout, you may see additional carrier-rated services (such as faster USPS options) where available for your address. These services are quoted automatically based on your location and order weight.
If you have a special date in mind (for example, a birthday or event), please feel free to email us before or right after you place your order. As a small family-owned company, we can’t promise every deadline, but we’ll always do our best to help.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in re-saleable condition. For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns of items that appear worn or used in the hair.

How do I start a return or exchange?
To start a return or exchange, please follow the instructions on our Returns & Exchanges Policy page. You’ll find a downloadable return slip and simple steps to include it with your parcel when you mail your items back to us.
What if my item is faulty or I received the wrong product?
We’re very sorry if something has arrived damaged or incorrect. Please contact us at customerservice@uufunland.com within 30 days of receiving your order, with your order number and a brief description (photos are very helpful).
For faulty or wrong items, we’ll work with you to make things right and may provide a prepaid return label where appropriate, as described in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Products & Safety
Are your products safe for children?
All of our products are tested and meet CPC (Children’s Product Certificate) requirements. We take safety and quality seriously and carefully select materials and components for our accessories.
What ages are your accessories suitable for?
Our accessories are designed with children in mind, but many styles include small parts. For that reason, we do not recommend use by children under 3 years of age without close adult supervision.
Please always supervise children while they are wearing hair accessories and remove all accessories before sleep or nap time.
Gifts & Packaging
How will my order be packaged?
By default, most products come on a branded clipping card and in their own individual wrapper. Larger claw clips come on a clipping card but without extra outer wrapping so we can reduce unnecessary packaging.
We then carefully pack your items into a suitable shipping box or bubble mailer for safe delivery. Wherever possible, we use packaging that can be recycled.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We’re still exploring the best way to offer a dedicated gift-wrapping option. If you have a special request about how your order is packed (for example, sending a gift directly to someone), please contact us at info@uufunland.com before or shortly after placing your order, and we’ll do our best to help.

Do you offer wholesale or collaborations?
